Nope.

The redirect is part of the Live Template for the post category, the CSS module is on a normal page. When using %%content%% in list pages, only the content of the page is used and nothing from the live template.

If the live template were to be included (and therefore the redirect included as well), then this page would keep constantly refreshing, because it would keep redirecing back to itself.
